ENROLLMENT STEPS

Thank you for deciding to enroll in an MWS Course.
Please take a moment to review our MWS Essential Eligibility Criteria.

To secure your spot in the MWS course of your choice, you must first complete all steps of the application process as outlined below. Financial assistance is available for Montana resident youth only. For more information, go to our Financial Aid page.

1. APPLY

Fill out and submit the 2024 MWS Online Application. Or download the complete application here. Return via email, or print and send to the address below.

2. SIGN

Download and complete the 2023 MWS Admission Policies, Acknowledgment of Risk Form, and the Medical Form. Return signed forms by email or to the address below OR once you apply online, the Admissions Team will send you a link to sign the Policies and Waivers digitally. Additionally, please include a photocopy or scan of your medical insurance card.

3. PAY

Pay the Application Fee: Send a check for $120 made to the “Montana Wilderness School” address listed below, OR  pay with Venmo @mws_staywild OR pay with a credit card here.
